Blue Fuchs increase focus on Scottish market

Material Handlers

Blue Fuchs, which has its head office in Portishead near Bristol, is increasing its focus on the Scottish market by opening a new office in Stirling, recruiting new sales personnel and employing a dedicated engineer to support customers.

Chris Matthews, who has been working for Blue Fuchs for 3 years will be heading up the sales team with Darren Smyth covering the country north of Dundee and a further two, soon to be recruited salesmen covering the rest of the territory. Ross Davidson, based north of the border has been brought in as engineer meaning quicker response times. This support will also allow Fuchs to build stronger relationships with the customer base in Scotland, something that is synonymous with Blue Machinery. The new offce not only means greater stock and access to parts but also provides the opportunity for machines to be serviced and even refurbished locally.

Chris Matthew from Blue Fuchs also commented “One of Blue Fuchs’s strong beliefs is to re-invest to better support its customers. Providing more engineers, more back offce support and a local offce they can come to and collect parts in person is naturally the next step forward for us as a business as we envisage strong growth potential in the Scottish market.”

For further information on demonstrations call Darren Smyth on 07725 674553 or Chris Matthews on 07767 665155.
