Terex Ecotec TDS 825

Ecotec’s TDS 825 Pre Shredder features customisable shredding programs, allowing operators to tailor performance and maximise production. Its hydrostatic drive offers excellent contamination protection and bi-directional shredding, while independent gearboxes let each shaft run separately to reduce wrapping and improve shredding efficiency. The 2.5m solid-steel, fully welded shafts deliver exceptional throughput and strong size reduction. A centrally positioned, replaceable breaker bar provides additional reduction options, easily accessed via the side chamber door. Powered by a 770HP Scania V8 DC16 engine, the TDS 825 is engineered for outstanding service access. A high-volume tipping hopper expands the feed area for optimal material flow and can be operated from the control panel or remote. Hydraulic folding hopper extensions increase capacity and prevent spillage during bulky applications. With its robust tracked undercarriage, the machine offers reliable manoeuvrability across challenging terrain.
