Terex Ecotec TTS 518T

Terex Ecotec’s TTS 518T Tracked Trommel Screen features the same intuitive control system and push-to-start operation as the larger TTS 620, allowing operators to quickly configure the machine for any application. Its intelligent feed control continuously adjusts feeder speed to maximise throughput, while the head-driven feeder ensures a consistent material flow with reduced slippage. Designed as a slide-out cassette, the feeder enables fast belt changes and easy maintenance, with a clear tunnel beneath preventing material build-up. With a 23m² screening area, the TTS 518T is equipped with a 1.8m x 4.7m spiral drum and 180-degree side doors for simple access and rapid drum changes, including compatibility with other manufacturers’ drums. Powered by a fuel-efficient Stage V engine, the machine offers low operating costs, excellent service access via a swing-out engine cradle, and fully modular conveyors. As a tracked unit, the TTS 518T delivers outstanding versatility and mobility across all market conditions.
