Job Title: Service Administrator

Outline: To provide Customers with a reliable and responsive service from a team of engineers. Working as part of the service control team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction from the service operation, by focussing on quality and efficiency of service dispatch and control. To meet service response, health and safety, operational and financial targets defined in the job description.

Main Duties: 

  • Engage & promote company H&S procedure’s & culture
  • Resolving Engine Faults
  • Assigning Engineers to jobs – Warranty/Chargeable/Internal/Services
  • Supplier Issues/Request
  • Debtor Query/Dispute
  • Engineer site visit follow up
  • Warranty Process & Claim Submission
  • Managing/Resolving VOR/Breakdowns promptly
  • WIP – Chargeable/Warranty
  • Parts ordering
  • Technical assistance – Customers/Engineers
  • Quotes & Estimates
  • Engineer reporting, accuracy and timely
  • Responsibility for the management of the engineer team coaching and H&S adherence.
