Terex Washing Systems FM Ultra Fines

The Terex® FM Ultra Fines™ is an essential solution for efficiently managing and recovering ultra-fine sand from wastewater streams generated by washing processes. Capable of processing up to 450m³ per hour of slurry and recovering material as fine as 40 microns, this unit significantly reduces the volume of solids sent to storage ponds or water treatment plants. It integrates a centrifugal pump, a cluster of four hydrocyclones, and a high-frequency dewatering screen on a single chassis, featuring a uniquely designed conical tank and anti-turbulence system that are critical for optimal ultra-fines recovery.
