Description
The Terex Washing Systems FM200 Direct Feed is a compact and cost-effective sand plant designed for efficient washing and processing on a small footprint. Ideal for pre-screened material with minimal oversize, it is particularly suited for dust washing applications. The unit operates by delivering a dry, pre-screened feed to a wash box equipped with a high-pressure spray bar, which pre-soaks the material before it reaches the screen, making it perfect for scenarios where the feed has a low percentage of oversized particles.

- One hard metal lined hydrocyclone which classifies at approximately 75μm (200 mesh).
- Self-regulating cyclone tank complete with built in float system.
