Ecotec’s TDS 820E Mobile Electric Slow Speed Shredder offers customisable shredding programs, allowing operators to tailor performance, reduce wrapping, and maximise output. Its independently driven double shafts ensure reliable, high-performance shredding even in demanding applications. Key features include an electric/hydraulic hydrostatic drive for enhanced contamination protection and bi-directional shredding. The 2-metre fully welded tooth shafts deliver high throughput and strong material reduction, while independent gearboxes let each shaft run separately to further limit wrapping. Additional benefits include a tipping feeder for an expanded feed area, hopper extensions for increased capacity with bulky materials, and a compact tracking engine powering the robust tracked undercarriage for easy manoeuvrability.
