Morbark 50/48X Chipper

The Morbark 50/48 Whole Tree Drum Chipper is the largest and most efficient drum chipper available on the market. The 50/48X model has been upgraded to align with Morbark’s other industry-leading drum chippers, featuring a sloped infeed, an externally adjustable anvil, and spacious work platforms for easier access during routine maintenance. The reverse pivot yoke exerts greater down pressure compared to conventional yokes, ensuring aggressive feeding across various materials. Morbark's Advantage 3 Drum delivers consistently uniform chips, while its heat-treated AR-450 steel drum skin extends wear life, reducing replacement costs and minimizing downtime. The Advantage 3 drum assembly offers flexibility, available in a 10-knife configuration for fuel chips or a 20-knife setup for micro-chip production.
