The Morbark 40/36 Whole Tree Drum Chipper is a compact and cost-effective solution tailored for the biomass industry. Featuring an extra-wide feed opening and the same advanced internal drive used in Morbark's horizontal grinders, it efficiently processes brushy tops and limbs to quickly fill chip vans to their maximum legal load capacity. The Advantage 3 Drum ensures consistently high-quality chips, while the heat-treated AR-450 steel drum skin offers extended wear life, reducing replacement costs and downtime. Its staggered knife configuration and fewer moving parts enhance feed system efficiency and lower maintenance needs. With low fuel consumption per ton produced, this chipper is both economical and effective.
