Coming into effect as of March 1st 2021, Blue Machinery Central has introduced three new aftersales products to further develop the aftermarket support available to its customers. The three new products, titled: Monitor, Maintain and Manage, are designed to offer clarity of solutions across all the brands with the aim to increase value for our customers.

“Blue Care” is a recognition of the value that a comprehensive aftersales strategy can deliver for both our customers and the wider business, and we look forward to delivering on our plans for continuous development and innovation that will support the market leading brands we represent within the industries in which we operate.

Each package has been designed so that customers can chose a level that works best for them, allowing Blue Central to assist with improving efficiencies in the operation of the equipment and in minmising the cost of ownership.

Monitor – Let Blue Central monitor your machine, allowing you to focus on running your business. We will monitor and interpretate the oil samples taken from your machine and advise on corrective action. By utilising telematics, we will identify when your machine is due for a service and inform on best practice for operation. Benefit from access to our highly qualified, factory trained engineers when you need them. We will carry out a visual health check once a year and ensure the machines software is up to date, offering you that piece of mind.

Maintain – In addition to everything we provide under our monitor package… we can also maintain your machinery through planned maintenance and equipment monitoring. Allow us to take care of your scheduled servicing work and gain greater control over your fleet with our bespoke customer service packages.

Manage – Under this level you will receive all services provided in Maintain and Manage. On top of this we will minimise the risk of
unexpected costs and downtime by taking care of all your planned operational costs and rental packages, to deliver you a turnkey solution. A fixed rate agreed up front means that you know what your costs are going to be and allows you to plan more effectively.
