Hannah France appointed Group HSEQ Director

Hannah joined the business in April 2021 as Group Health & Safety Manager, and over the past few years, she has played a pivotal role in driving forward our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) capabilities across the Group.

Her leadership has led to a number of standout achievements, including:

• Three ISO accreditations

• Four consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards

• Increased employee engagement

• Implementation of best practices

• Integration of digital HSEQ solutions

These accomplishments have not only enhanced our internal standards but also positioned Blue Machinery as a leader in HSEQ within our industry.

Hannah’s personal development during her time with us has been equally impressive. Some highlights include:

• Twice highly commended at the Safety & Health Excellence Awards for Health & Safety Manager of the Year

• Won the 'Rising Star' Award at the 2023 CARS/MRE Awards

• Achieved her NEBOSH Diploma

• Earned Chartered Safety and Health Professional status through IOSH

• Contributes to the profession as a Chartered Peer Review Panellist for IOSH'
