WIMA HDS-WV
The WIMA Density Separator HDS-WV is an advanced evolution of the HDS-S, utilising the proven upflow principle with an enhanced washing function for the heavy fraction. Featuring a separation chamber, dewatering screen for lightweight materials, and a washing screw conveyor for heavy materials, the HDS-WV delivers precise separation through its continuously adjustable propeller. This propeller controls flow velocity to optimise the separation process, directing lightweight materials to the discharge unit while heavy materials sink and are conveyed via a screw system equipped with transport helices and washing paddles. Ideal for efficiently separating wet wood and dense materials from minerals, the HDS-WV ensures thorough washing and effective discharge.
