Description
The Powerscrub 200 and 200R modular log washers are engineered for rapid and efficient production of cleaner material, tailored for the recycling industry yet versatile enough for gravel applications. These units feature a trough and dual counter-rotating spiral axles with exchangeable blades that intensively mix the feed material. The process water is recirculated to a water treatment facility, enhancing both efficiency and sustainability.

- Two high output planetary drive gearboxes, directly driving two interlinked counter-rotating axles, which perform the scrubbing action.
- Interchangeable high tensile blades.
- The material forms a bed in the hull, preventing wear in the steel trough.
- The lower bearings are fresh water flushed to prevent wear or damage from small particles.
