Terex Ecotec TBG 530T

Ecotec’s TBG 530T is a powerful, track-mounted high-speed shredder built for medium-scale producers who need a consistent, accurate end product. Driven by a 493HP Scania DC13 engine, it delivers outstanding performance, easy maintenance, and superb fuel efficiency. With rapid, tool-free setup, the machine is ready to work in minutes. Its open-fronted feeder enables fast rear loading, while the intelligent feed system—heavy-duty drag chains and an aggressive feed wheel with lift/downward assist—ensures smooth, class-leading material flow. At its core is a 1,100mm x 1,490mm swinging hammer rotor running at 1000 RPM with 30 up-swinging hammers, supported by a choice of hammer designs and interchangeable screens for easy configuration. A screen kickback system protects the shredder by releasing if unshreddable material enters. Processed material is removed via a modular product conveyor with a 4.6m discharge height that lowers to ground level for maintenance, with an optional hydraulic overband magnet for ferrous removal. Designed for operator convenience, the TBG 530T offers exceptional service access, including electric/hydraulic screen lift and an interlocked chamber door for quick rotor and anvil inspection. Versatile and efficient, it’s a superb choice for waste wood processing, green waste shredding, and anyone demanding reliable performance and easy serviceability.
