Material Handlers

The MHL390 F with new Fuchs® cabin, won the prestigious iF Design this year. Germany’s oldest independent design organization, Hannover-based iF International Forum Design, holds the design awards, which are recognized throughout the world.

The MHL390 F material handler with the new cabin won over the 58-member jury, which is made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its unique sliding door, skylight and downward-facing windshield. Naturally the competition was intense, with over 5,500 entries submitted from 59 countries in the hope of receiving the highly sought after seal of quality.

The design motif of the Fox Cab is the mammal from which it takes its name. The silhouette of a fox’s head is reflected subtly in the stylistic idioms. This design produces an unmistakable branding effect. The aim however is not just brand recognition, but also to create a connection with the machine operator. The Fox Cab has been specially designed for material handling machines and was designed without compromise. This provides the user with great benefits in terms of ergonomics
