Specifications

With its diverse applications and incredible manoeuvring capabilities, the Fuchs MHL 331 offers flexibility matched with the required speed of cycles necessary in recycling type work.   

The divided cooling system, made up of a hydrostatically driven fan for the oil and a viscous type clutch driven fan for the water, ensures exceptional performance with minimal noise whilst regulating temperature during operation in all climates even as high as 50°C.  For operations inside an enclosed waste transfer facility, options to improve operator safety and comfort such as particulate filters or a sealed cab with a protective ventilation system can be fitted

The Terex Fuchs MHL 331 is fitted with a clean and quiet 114-kW turbo diesel engine which is so efficient it produces minimal noise pollution and emissions.  Ergonomics and occupational safety, in conjunction with operator comfort are central to the Terex® Fuchs cab design.  

Optimal visibility is assured with its specifically designed panoramic windows and by the height adjustable cabin, which when in the raised position provides a first class view of all material and operations.  Strategically placed operational controls and a comfortable seat that provides lumbar support are standard components on the MHL 331.

Additionally, the robust undercarriage ensures stability when loads weighing several tonnes are to be transported and handled utilizing its reach of up to 12 meters.  To ensure neither precision nor speed is compromised, slewing gears and motors are finely adjusted and the lifting and stick cylinders are equipped with special end-position damping.
