Role Overview

 To provide Customers with a reliable and responsive service from a team of engineers. Working as part of the service control team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction from the service operation, by focusing on quality and efficiency of service dispatch and control. To meet service response, health and safety, operational and financial targets defined in the job description.



  1. Resolving Engine Faults
  2. Assigning Engineers to jobs – Warranty/Chargeable/Internal/Services
  3. Supplier Issues/Request
  4. Debtor Query/Dispute
  5. Engineer site visit follow up
  6. Warranty Process & Claim Submission
  7. Managing/Resolving VOR/Breakdowns promptly
  8. WIP – Chargeable/Warranty
  9. Parts ordering
  10. Technical assistance – Customers/Engineers
  11. Quotes & Estimates
  12. Engineer reporting, accuracy and timely
  13. Responsibility for the management of the engineer team coaching and H&S adherence.
