SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

 Role Overview

To support the service control team and operations manager in providing internal & external customers with a reliable and responsive service. Manage the PDI process Working as part of the service control team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction from the service operation.

  2. Machine & attachments stock control & audits
  3. Machine Install/Handover
  4. Manufacture Registration
  5. Demonstration
  6. Hire management
  7. PDI process
  8. Trade Inn Inspection
  9. Machine Transportation
  10. WIP – Internal
  11. Parts ordering
  12. Parts stock inventory/returns
  13. Service quote process
  14. Booking in services
  15. SAP content management
  16. Engineer welfare & administration

 Required Skills
