Internal Sales, Marketing & Sales Support Representative

Based out of our offices in Portishead, the role requires the establishment of contact with new and existing accounts to promote the Company’s range of Attachments and support the existing field sales personnel where necessary by preparation of quotes, marketing material, case studies and general admin duties, including cleansing and managing of a CRM system.

Main Duties Will Include:

  • Manage and grow an existing customer database;
  • Lead generation & prospect verification;
  • Telephone sales where possible and appropriate;
  • Active development and promotion of marketing campaigns & promotions
  • Development of a sales quotation database & template file
  • Cleansing & Management of Used Equipment Database
  • General admin duties as required

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Professional Telephone Manner
  • Excellent communicator & people skills
  • Strong IT Skills & Computer literacy
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
  • Strong information seeking & research skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM & database management
  • Experience in a sales environment would be extremely advantageous
  • Mechanical aptitude would also be advantageous (but not essential)
